"Modify Posted System Totals" Not Appearing
This is how the POS tab in MC looks if the user does not have permissions for modifying system totals OR if there is not a modified system totals e-mail entered.
There is no option for "modify posted system totals."
Say a manager who normally has access to this function calls in and says it no longer appears for them. If you have verified their permissions are set to allow modifying posted system totals (managers almost always do), this is how to get the option to appear if it has gone away.
Under setup > business setup > business info, check to make sure there is an email listed in the "posted totals e-mail" and "E-mail" box.
Now, the option for "Modify Posted System Totals" will appear under the POS tab.
