Modifying Posted System Totals

  1. Under Setup -> Business Setup -> Business Information fill in an email for Posted Totals E-Mail
  2. Under the ‘POS’ menu, select “Modify Posted System Totals”
  3. Select the Journal Date that you would like to modify
  4. Make the changes that need to be made
  5. Press OK
  6. An email will be sent that the system totals were modified to the email specified in Setup -> Business Info. End of day reports will be reprinted and re-emailed, and oneMetrix will be set to re-pickup that day’s information.

NOTE: If you do not see the option for “Modify Posted System Totals” under the “POS” menu, you will need to have an owner email OnePOS at support@onepos.com, giving express written permission for onePOS to enable this feature.
