4.     Select the report from the drop box at the top right, above the Report Frequency checkboxes

5.     Check the applicable checkbox(s) for Report Frequency or CSV (sends as excel file)

6.     Highlight the email address for each recipient you would like to receive this report

NOTE

If your email address doesn’t show up in the drop box, click on the “Emails” tab and enter your email in one of the available fields by selecting the field and pressing “Edit”.

If you wish to have multiple EOD reports emailed to the same address as multiple reports in one email rather than one report per email, insert a * (asterisk) as the first character of the email address in Setup EOD emails.

Additional Info - Custom Report Parameters:

- To add a report to EOD with specific parameters (example: group by screengroup), do this first.
Note that reports are not customizable beyond the set parameters that can be selected in the report preview menu. This means there are certain limitations to keep in mind such as removing individual columns depending on the report and context.

1.     In MC, go to Reports and select the report you will be adding

2.     Before opening / previewing the report, ensure the parameters are set to exactly how you will want them for the EOD reports. The date selection is not important.

3.     Once parameters are set, click 'preview' and then close the report.

4.     Back in Setup > System Preferences > EOD setup in the Reports tab, add the report to the list and then select "set report defaults"

You can then set a custom name for the report with your selected parameters.

Note the report names in the dropdown box in the EOD menu can be shortened, but are all categorized in order much like how you would find them in the submenus.

For example, the  "weekly average daily menu mix" report accessible via reports > item sales reports > weekly average daily menu will be listed as "Item Average Daily Report"

Example 2: Daily Sales Report
MC File Path: Reports > Sales Reports > Daily Sales Report
EOD Dropdown menu: Sales DailySales Report

5.     Click "OK" to save.

      6. Test to ensure the report is the way you want.

To test and see if you have the correct report with the correct parameters once you have completed all these steps, you can go to Utilities > Re-Email Yesterday's EOD Reports or Utilities > Re-Print Yesterday's EOD Reports. Select the preferred option once and the process will begin automatically.

This will either send or print out all reports currently set within the EOD setup menu using data from the previous days EOD.

If you want to get rid of a report, you can do it in one step by simply set the dropdown menu to NONE.
