Transfer Items to Another Guest
Transfer Items to Another Guest
- To
transfer item(s) to another guest within the same check, touch each item
you wish to transfer to the other guest, then touch “change guest”, then
touch the guest number you wish to transfer the items to.
- Touch “send”,
“print check”, or “close check”. DO NOT PRESS “CANCEL”
OR (options below are only available on version 3.7 or
later)
- Touch
“check options” and then “change guest”. This brings up a multi-guest
view.
- While
in this multi-guest view, you can move items by touching the item EITHER
on the ticket feed area on the left side of the screen OR
on the multi-guest view area (below the blue bar with the
Guest #). Once you have selected the items you wish to move, touch the
blue bar on the multi-guest view area for the guest you wish to move the
items to.
- Touch
“send”, “print check” (then select a print check option on the right, such
as “Print w/sub”, “Print separate” etc), or “close check”. DO NOT
PRESS “CANCEL”
OR
- While
on the “print check” screen, touch “Move item”
- Select
the item(s) you wish to move
- Select
the guest # you wish to move the selected items to.
- Touch
“send”, a print check option on (the right side of the screen, such as
“Print w/sub”, “Print separate”, etc), or “close check”. DO NOT
PRESS “CANCEL”
