To assign a card to an employee

To assign a card to an employee, follow these steps:


From the Management Console:

  1. Log into the Management Console (MC).
  2. Click on the "Employees" menu at the top.
  3. Click "Modify Employees".
  4. Select the employee you want to assign a card to.
  5. Find the "Card Num" field in the employee's profile.
  6. Enter the number found on the back of the magnetic card into this field.
  7. Click "OK" to save the changes.
  8. Finally, click "Done".


From the Terminal:

  1. Log in as a manager. 
  2. On the manager menu, select "Assign Scan Card".
  3. Select the employee you wish to assign that card to 
  4. Swipe that card to be assigned. 
  5. Click "Done."
  6. Wait Two Mins for the card to activate on all terminals.
