Ticket Types

Ticket Types are what appear under Quick Sale and allow a new ticket to be created and opened in a specific dining area.


1. Ensure Access to QuickSale Button

- Check employee security level under Employees > Modify Employees.
- Select Edit for the employee in question and navigate to the Security tab. Here you can see what Sec Level they are set to.



- Navigate to Employees > Security Roles and select the role of the employee, then select edit
- Under Security Group, scroll to the bottom until you see FOH - Table  Select - Quick Sale
- Select it, and on the right side under Security Settings, check the box for Quick Sale.

- Make sure to click OK to save changes.

2. Check Ticket Types

- In Manager Console, navigate to Setup > Revenue Source Setup > Ticket Types


- From here you can add or edit ticket types. The types in this list show up when Quick Sale is selected on a terminal.




- To set the dining area that a ticket will open in, select Edit and then select a dining area from the Forced Dining Area dropdown menu.


Idea
Now when quick sale is selected, you will be able to select any of these ticket types and have a new ticket opened up in the set dining area.
