To ensure online ordering is made unavailable, these are the steps you can take. This is good for when a location has to close for a day or any similar situation.
Preliminary: POS
1. access the manager menu on the POS and select 'disable online ordering' from the middle row towards the bottom.
2. It will ask you to confirm. Once you do so, you will now see the button looks like this:

Note that this button only disables online ordering through OneMetrix.
This does not effect 3rd party online ordering through Chowly (uber eats, DD) , our next steps is what will disable Chowly.
1. In Manager Console Go to Merchandise > Menus
2. Select Chowly, then Edit
3. Uncheck the days you will be temporarily closed. In the example, we unchecked wednesday.
4. Click OK to save.
4. Repeat this for other online ordering sources such as Online Menu
Step 2: Order Sources
1. In Manager Console Go to Setup > Revenue Source Setup > Order Sources
2. Select OO OneMetrix, then Edit
3. Navigate to the Preferences tab
4. Check Not Open for Wednesday
5. Click OK or Next to save.
6. Repeat the process for other non 3rd party / chowly online ordering sources: OO Other
Reverting Changes
To un-do these changes, just follow these steps in reverse order.

You'll want to make sure these changes are undone as soon as you are ready to.
For
instance, if you are temporarily closing on a Wednesday don't plan to be closed the following Wednesday, make sure
these changes are undone before then - otherwise all online ordering will
continue to be unavailable this and every Wednesday going forward until
changes are reverted.
