Terminal Won't Turn On

Terminals usually don't die completely if you have a terminal that has no lights on it and when you press the power button nothing happens try the steps below. 

1. Check to see if the printer at that location has power? (Green Light & Feeds Paper)

2. Is the green light on the "Power Brick" on also make sure it did not get unplugged at the backend of the brick. see screenshot 

3. Is the terminal plugged into a battery backup? If so check the battery backup to ensure that it is opperating properly and try bypassing it and plug the terminal directly into the wall outlet?
