Restricting Employees to Specific Dining Areas

The dining areas accessible by employees are determined by their Pricing Category, which is set up through Pay Categories.

Pay Categories:


Whatever is selected here in 'Pri Catg' will determine, among other things, the dining areas that an employee with that pricing category can access.
You can access these settings via the manager console Employees > Pay Categories.





Here you can select the pay category and select 'edit' , or add a new one


Whatever is highlighted in the 'dining areas allowed' section determines the dining areas that can be accessed by anyone with this pricing category.
You can select or de-select options simply by clicking on them. Highlighted blue means selected.
