In this example, the restaurant wants to have desserts print on a dessert chit on the printer at terminal 01 as well as the expo. 

Print Route Mapping = Item > Printer Routing > Printer Type > Routing Schemes > Hardware Device

Merchandise > Printer types
Select "EXPO"
Select "Add like"
Name "Dessert"

Merchandise > Print routings
Add, name 'Dessert'

Print to:
EXPO
DESSERT
