Printer Type Setup and Consolidation
Please see the BOH Manual for a full description of the Printer Type screen.
None - If line item is set to NONE, it means do not print anything on that line of the chit
Dining Area - Prints the Dining Area's Name of the Table
Revenue Center - Prints the Revenue Center's Name of the Table
Table Name - Prints the Name of the Table.
Time Sent - Shows the Time the order was sent from the terminal.
Time Now - Prints the Time when the order was actually printed in kitchen (could be different from Time Sent with throttling or delay send)
Date - Prints the Date when the order was sent
Guest Count - Prints the total number of Guest on table
Server Name - Prints the name of the Server for the Table
Trans ID - Prints the Transaction ID
Terminal ID - Prints which Terminal the order was sent from
Cust Name - Prints the Customer's Name
Course Name - Prints the Course's Name
Printer Name - Prints the name of the Printer where the order is printed to
Full - Prints the text on the middle of the Receipt / Kitchen Chit
Left - Prints the text only on the left side of the Receipt / Kitchen Chit
Right - Prints the text on the right side of the Receipt / Kitchen Chit

As of 3.0.02, consolidation supports open price, auto 86, screen group headers, 12 modifiers per item, and printing by guest or check. Please see the sample below to give you an idea of what can be done:
