2. Restart the device

INSTRUCTIONS


IOS had a recent update that impacted the application to malfunction.

To push past the loading screen:

1. Uninstall the App
2. Restart the device
  1. When you do this, you may lose data (Credentials) that was stored in the app.
  2. There’s no option to clear cache of apps on iOS.
  3. Some apps have a clearing option inside them, but most of them don’t. So unfortunately you can’t do the Android way.
  4. For iOS apps to be clean installs you need to delete the app then restart your device so System data clears too and install from AppStore again.
3. Install oneConnect Application
  1. Username and Email Address can be found in oneMetrix under Admin > Users. Password can also be reset.
  2. Serial Number can also be found within oneMetrix
