KDS / OneView Window Displaying Small

KDS / OneView Window Displaying Small

If you open the oneview application on a KDS PC and find that the application window that opens displays a very small window in the corner of the screen, the solution is as follows:

Idea
Contact a T3 Technician or an Internal Sales rep, explain the issue, and tell them you need to add the correct number of OneView screens to your lisence.

Alert
The reason for this small window occurring is that, in the license manager, the oneview display count is blank.

License manager is ONLY accesible by A Tier 3 technician or internal sales rep.
