An item is not working the way you have it programmed to. For instance: there is an item in the system that is showing as a Count Down Item and is not set as a Count Down Item. There is probably a second copy of the item in the system.

To correct the issue:

1. Go into the Manager Console and click on Merchandise.
2. Click on Modify Merchandise.
3. Sort by "none"
4. Find the name of the item.
5. Check for multiple copies and delete/modify as needed.
