Print Spooler Required Message

If you are getting the message that the No Printer when trying to view or print a report. 

To view a report on a terminal:

Login as administrator.
Set the Print Spooler service to 'Automatic' and start it.
Setup a printer.
If there is no printer for the terminal, set up a bogus local one. Using com 6 and HP LJ5 will work.
Restart the terminal. Let it start as normal. You will be back in the onePOS user.
Open Management Console from C:\Users\onePOS Remote Launcher\EXES.

You will now be able to view/email reports.

The Print Spooler service is disabled by default. This is for PA-DSS compliance. The rule from the PA-DSS Implementation Guide is to remove 'any unneeded services'. The Print Spooler service is not specifically listed in the guide.
