How to Setup an Item which can only be sold on a particular Day of Week

In Management Console, edit the item you want to modify:

Select the Pricing Tab
On the Level section, type in 0.01 (a penny) 
Check the Day(s) of Week you don’t want this item to be sold
Set the time range. Use 12:00am to 11:59pm for a full day. (12 to 12 will not work properly)
Ensure the "Disc ID" is set to "NONE"
Click “OK” to save your settings

Note:  Make sure that “Allow Price #” are all checked in the Dining Areas.
