How to get a text entry screen

Management Console | Merchandise | Modify Merchandise
Select Screen Group (example: Sauce Mods)
Merchandise Item - Select Item (example: Cajun) 
Add Like
Modify the name of the item
Put a '?' as the first letter. (example: ?Spc Inst)
Click 'OK', then 'Done'
