Hot Schedules Not Syncing - Bad Data Issue

Hot Schedules Not Syncing. This can be caused by garbage or bad data in one or more fields of an employee file. See the screenshot below of garbage or bad data.


To Fix:
  1. Go to Employees > Modify Employees on the Management Console. 
  2. Check the box Show Terminated,
  3. Start with the first employee in the list and edit. 
  4. Clearing out the bad data, which is usually under the General and Human Resource tabs.
  5. Click next and repeat through all employees
  6. Once all the bad data is cleared out wait 5-10 mins to allow all changes to upload to oneMetrix 
  7. Then initiate a sync with Hot Schedules via the Management Console go to Employees > Sync Hot-Schedules.

Wait 2 hours and check to see if the sync occurred and was successful.
