How to order custom gift cards.
Gift Card Orders can be submitted to: Support@onepos.com with the Subject Line "<Business Name> Gift Card Order." or a ticket can be opened using the support portal by clicking: here
If you have ordered with us before, please advise if you would like to use the existing design.
If this is your first gift card order, or if you would like to submit a new design, please send a high-resolution image of the design. Attached is the Design Spec sheet if you have any questions on the artwork requirements.
500 minimum quantity for custom gift card orders. 1,000 is the most popular order.
There are discounts provided for quantity. Here is a list of the quantity price breaks. **

When submitting your request, please let us know how many cards you would like to order and attach any artwork needed.
Once
we submit the order details, the design team will provide a Proof for review and approval. Once you've approved the art proof, production
takes about 4-6 weeks until shipping. We will keep you updated
throughout the production process.
