In order for an item to show on the FOH Count Down List it must be checked as a Count Down Item. It is important to make sure that the inventory count for Count Down Items is extremely accurate. When a Count Down item's quantity reaches zero the button will go black and be unusable (like an item that is 86'd) and it will disappear from the Countdown list.

1. In Management Console click on Merchandise - Modify Merchandise
2. Select the Item and press Edit.
3. In the list of check boxes, make sure that "Is Count Down Item" is checked.
4. Then check the Qty Available and make sure it is set to the proper amount, and is above zero.
