Calendar / Date Selection Not Appearing For Reports
If you are trying to view a report that uses the calendar to select dates, there can be instances where these calendars seem to not appear.
If this is the case, simply go to another tab in the report screen, then go back to the original tab and the calendar will have reappeared.
- Here is what the date selection screen normally looks like.
- In some instances it may look like this or similar where no calendar appears:
- Simply select the Revenue Centers or any other tab at the top of the report, and then go back to the General tab, and the calendar should re-appear, again allowing you to select dates.
- If you are still not seeing the calendars re-appear, you can try:
- closing the report and opening it again
- closing and re-opening manager console
- restarting your pc / terminal that you are accesing the manager console on
- running the report through OneMetrix
