Add a User in oneMetrix

To add a new user in oneMetrix, please follow the following steps:

  1. Navigate to https://www.onemetrix.com in your web browser
  2. Enter your site serial number, username and password
  3. Select the “Admin” menu
  4. Select “Users”
  5. Press the “+” button on the left side to add a new user
  6. Enter in the username in the “Name” field
  7. Create a password for the user in the “Password” field
  8. Enter the user’s email address in the “Email” field (They can use this email address to reset their password if they forget it in the future)
  9. Click the floppy disk “Save” icon in the top right of the User box
  10. Select the user in the list to the left (if the user you just added is not in the list, navigate away from Users to another menu and then return to Users)
  11. Navigate to the “Roles” tab
  12. Select the correct “Role” for the user
  13. Click the floppy disk “Save” icon in the top right of the User box
